- Liaise with internal stakeholders and legal representatives regarding investigations, hearings, and legal proceedings
- Prepare, review, and maintain documentation required for court cases, legal claims, and official submissions
- Track case status and ensure timely follow up on legal matters and action items
- Support internal investigations and disciplinary processes in compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
- Maintain confidential records related to legal cases, employee disputes, and regulatory matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee relations and legal coordination
- Emirati nationality (specified in title)

Position Overview

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee relations and legal coordination.
- Starting Salary: AED 18,000.
