Responsibilities
- Manage and provide all Group Workplace Hospitality Services to stc Group, including selecting operators for spaces based on employee satisfaction.
- Manage permit and compliance for vendors, contractors, and authorized personnel.
- Oversee issuance and tracking of material entry and exit permits.
- Monitor operator compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating operational or compliance risks.
- Regularly assess operator performance against established criteria and contractual obligations.
- Identify performance or compliance gaps and take necessary actions.
- Prepare compliance and performance reports for senior management.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and SLAs for operators.
- Facilitate ongoing training and support for operators.
- Lead annual or semi annual vendor performance reviews.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure spaces suitable for operator operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- 2 4 years of experience in execution and management of Hospitality services
- Sound organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Operations Management
- Knowledge of Guest Relations and Customer Service
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Strong vendor management skills
- Knowledge of relevant external service providers
- Up to date knowledge of emerging technological applications

Job Purpose
- The role holder is responsible for leading and managing all Workplace Hospitality Services requests, managing external vendors, and overseeing service delivery while ensuring high quality standards.
Job Responsibility
- Manage & provide all Group Workplace Hospitality Services to stc Group.
- Select operators to occupy available spaces within STC’s complexes based on employee satisfaction data.
- Manage the issuance of temporary and permanent entry permits for vendors, contractors, and authorized personnel.
- Oversee the issuance and tracking of material entry and exit permits.
- Monitor and ensure that operators comply with internal policies, organizational standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating operational or compliance risks.
- Regularly assess operator performance against established criteria.
- Identify performance or compliance gaps and take necessary actions.
- Prepare compliance and performance reports for senior management.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and SLAs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitals Management or Business Administration.
- Masters Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- 2 – 4 Years of Experience in execution and management of Hospitality services.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS).
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA).
- Certified Hospitality and Tourism Management Professional (CHTMP).
- Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager (CHRM).
- Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE).
