Position Summary

  • Responsible for maximizing Pfizer brand growth through promotional activities and being a business enabler as a territory owner within certain geography.

Primary Tasks

  • Promote products to designated customers to achieve territory plan objectives.
  • Implement value added programs across the territory.

Key Activities Product Promotion

  • Visiting physicians to promote Pfizer products.
  • Conducting marketing activities/literatures to HCPs.
  • Providing approved information to HCPs on Pfizer products.
  • Reporting visits and other activities using proper channels.

Customer Relations

  • Build relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge.
  • Ensure accurate, timely and relevant customer knowledge is captured and shared.
  • Segment and target high potential customers.

Territory Planning & Management

  • Diagnosis of territory situation and design/implementation of territory action plan.
  • Develop and execute territory business plan.
  • Involved in Pfizer community awareness programs.
  • Attending seminars and participate in promotional demonstrations and exhibitions.
  • Organizing AV activities and initiating local speaker nomination.
  • Preparing POA for territory and products.
  • Presenting reports according to Management recommendations.
  • Planning and organizing regular value added programs.

Market Intelligence

  • Feedback to Team, Managers & cross functions colleagues of relevant competitor activity or local issues.

Teamwork

  • Liaise with team members to share information, motivate and support team members.

Administrative Systems

  • Ensure territory and administrative systems/processes are maintained and updated.
  • Timely update of records and systems.
  • Produce reports as requested by managers.
  • Understand and work in comply with company’s SOPs.

Self Development

  • Proactively implement/update personal development plans.
  • Actively seek feedback.
  • Develop, own and implement IDP.

Criteria for applying

  • Holding of bachelor's degree in Pharma with valid registration license.
  • Open to Saudi pharmacists only.
  • 4 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in similar roles.
  • Rare diseases, oncology, and/or hematology therapeutic area experience is required: at least 1 year.
  • Experience in a multinational organization is a plus.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Change Agile.

  • Peer relationship.
  • Seizes Accountability.
