About the Role

Responsibilities
- Promote products to designated customers to achieve territory plan objectives
- Implement value added programs across the territory
- Visit physicians to promote Pfizer products and distribute samples and marketing literature
- Provide approved information to healthcare professionals on Pfizer products
- Report visits and other activities using ECMS
- Build relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge and generate sales
- Segment and target high potential customers
- Provide feedback to sales management on customer requests and competitive activities
- Diagnose territory situation and develop/execute territory business plan
- Prepare POA for territory and products, and present reports as needed
- Attend regular sales meetings and capture market intelligence
- Liaise with territory team members and share information
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
- Good command of English language (speaking, writing, listening, pronunciation)
- Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and competitors
- Effective selling and presentation skills
- Basic computer ability (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Summary
- Responsible for maximizing Pfizer brand growth through sales & promotion activities and being a business enabler as a territory owner within certain geography.
Primary Tasks
- Promote products to designated customers to achieve territory plan objectives
- Implement value added programs across the territory
Key Activities Product Promotion & Sales
- Visiting physicians to promote Pfizer products
- Distributing product samples and marketing literature to HCP
- Providing approved information to HCP on Pfizer products (e.g., proper medical usage, dosage amounts, side effects)
- Reporting visits and other activities using ECMS
Key Activities Customer Relations
- Visiting physicians with focus on target KOL and selected physicians to promote products and build relationships
- Providing feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions, product access, and competitive activities
Key Activities Territory Planning & Management
- Preparing POA for territory and products
- Presenting reports according to Sales Manager recommendations and market needs
- Planning and organizing regular value added programs
- Organizing AV activities
Key Activities Market Intelligence
- Attending regular sales meetings with SM, general meetings, and cycle meetings
- Capturing and feedback on market intelligence
Key Activities Teamwork
- Attending team meetings
- Sharing customer/territory information with colleagues
Key Activities Administrative Systems
- Timely update of records and systems
- Producing reports as requested by SM
- Understanding and working to SOPs
Key Activities Self Development
- Actively seeking feedback
- Developing, owning, and implementing IDP
Criteria for applying
- Holding of Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
- Good command of English language (speaking, writing, listening, pronunciation)
- Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and competitors

- Basic Computer ability (e.g., Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook)
