- Minimum 5 years of professional hairdressing experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in Dubai/UAE salons
- Strong technical ability in hair coloring, cutting, blow dries, styling, treatments, and extensions
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong spoken English and confident client communication
- Professional, well groomed appearance
- Comfortable being on camera and participating in content creation

Job Overview
- Eden Blossom Salon is expanding its hair department and is looking for a highly skilled Senior Hairdresser who meets the following standards.
- We are not looking for entry level stylists or assistants. This role is for an experienced professional who can work independently, deliver consistently high quality results, and contribute to the growth of the salon.
Minimum Requirements (Must Have)
- Minimum 5 years of professional hairdressing experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in Dubai/UAE salons
- Strong technical ability in: Hair colouring (highlights, balayage, full color, corrections), Hair cutting (ladies cuts, modern styling), Blow dries & styling, Hair treatments and extensions
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong spoken English and confident client communication
- Professional, well groomed appearance
Additional Requirements (Important)
- Comfortable being on camera and participating in content creation (social media is part of the role)
- Confident showcasing your work and engaging with clients on digital platforms
- Fun, positive personality with strong teamwork skills
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast paced salon environment
- Willingness to contribute actively to growing the salon’s hair department
