About the Role
HOSS Kitchen LLC is seeking a highly organized Fleet & Logistics Manager to oversee its corporate fleet in Dubai. The role ensures 100% compliance with UAE regulations, manages driver supervision, vehicle documentation, fines, permits, and GPS tracking.

Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise drivers according to company standards and policies
- Maintain precise hard copy and soft copy records of vehicle handovers, fine deductions, uniform distribution, and SIM cards
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding vehicle accidents, repairs, and updates
- Continuously update Vehicle Master File, Etisalat Master File, and maintenance tracking logs
- Conduct daily checks for traffic fines, document offenses, and prepare payroll deduction paperwork
- Manage timely renewals for vehicle registrations, insurance policies, and mandatory commercial permits
- Monitor vehicles through GPS tracking systems and prepare fleet performance reports
- Handle emergency situations, breakdowns, or delays with effective problem solving and communication
Requirements

- Hands on experience supervising drivers, operators, and transport staff
- Knowledge of UAE government regulations for fleet compliance

Key Responsibilities

- Fine & Violation Management: Conduct daily checks for traffic fines on official portals, document offenses with screenshots, and prepare payroll deduction paperwork.
- Permits & Compliance: Manage timely renewals for vehicle registrations (Mulkiya), insurance policies, and mandatory commercial permits (Dubai Municipality, Sharjah Parking, and Advertisement permits).
- Ensure all vehicles comply with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.
- Hands on experience supervising drivers, operators and transport staff.
- Monitor vehicles through GPS tracking systems and prepare fleet performance reports.
- Handle emergency situations, breakdowns, or delays with effective problem solving and communication.
Pay
- Pay: AED 6,000.00 AED 8,000.00 per month
