Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, performance marketing, and eCommerce growth across the GCC, UK & Europe.
Key Responsibilities & Experience
- 6+ years in growth/performance marketing within DTC or eCommerce brands
- Strong track record managing large-scale paid media budgets
- Deep expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads & other acquisition channels
- Experience with Influencer Marketing, Affiliates, CRM & retention strategies
- Commercially driven with a strong analytical mindset
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Office based (4 days office/ 1 day WFH)
