- Oversee creative output and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Events Industry
- Experience working as a Creative Director, Creative Lead, or Senior Creative role
- Proven experience developing concepts for corporate events, government events, exhibitions, conferences, luxury events, and brand activations
- Strong portfolio showcasing live event concepts, event branding, stage design, experiential campaigns, and pitch winning presentations
- Expertise in creative strategy, event storytelling, guest journey design, and experience design
- Strong understanding of event production, AV, staging, technical requirements, and fabrication processes
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams including designers, 3D visualizers, content creators, and freelancers
- Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into commercially viable and executable event concepts
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE or have significant GCC events industry experience

- This is a full time role located in Dubai for a Creative Director to join a growing boutique events agency.
- The Creative Director will lead the agency’s creative vision across events, experiential activations, and brand experiences.
- The role involves developing innovative concepts, overseeing creative execution, and ensuring all projects align with client objectives and brand standards.
