About the Role
An Events Services business seeks a Head of Events to oversee end-to-end planning, production, and execution of large-scale corporate and luxury events. The role involves team management, vendor negotiation, budget control, and ensuring compliance with Dubai regulations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end planning, production, and execution of a diverse portfolio of large scale corporate and luxury events
- Lead, mentor, and scale an internal team of event managers, coordinators, and technical producers
- Source, negotiate with, and manage top tier local and international suppliers, fabrication teams, and AV vendors
- Manage comprehensive event budgets, maximize profitability, control costs, and oversee P&L for the events department
- Act as senior point of contact for key clients, translating their vision into flawless operational reality
- Ensure all events strictly adhere to Dubai Tourism (DET) regulations, DTCM ticketing laws, and health and safety standards
Requirements
- 8+ years in event management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within an agency or event services business
- Deep knowledge of Dubai/UAE events landscape, venues, local regulations, and premium supplier networks
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple high pressure projects
- Flawless English communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required

- A calm under pressure crisis manager who thrives in fast paced, live event environments.
- Flawless English communication skills (Arabic fluency is a massive plus).
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by the event calendar.
