- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative designs for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials
- Develop brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines
- Design for digital (social media, websites, ads) and print (brochures, packaging, outdoor media)
- Integrate AI tools into the creative workflow for ideation, design variations, and production efficiency
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and account teams to deliver high quality design solutions aligned with client objectives
- Present concepts and creative directions clearly to internal teams and clients
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all deliverables
- Stay updated with design, advertising, and AI trends
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in a branding or advertising agency
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, and creative thinking
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to think strategically and translate briefs into creative concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
