Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong agency experience to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for diverse clients and brands.

The ideal candidate is highly strategic, creative, analytical, and experienced in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will be responsible for developing digital marketing strategies, optimizing campaign performance, managing client relationships, and driving measurable business growth across paid, organic, and social channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO & SEM, Email Marketing, Content Marketing
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using analytics tools.
  • Lead campaign planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to produce engaging marketing assets.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Track KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and lead generation performance.
  • Present campaign reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support business development efforts by assisting in client pitches, proposal creation, and marketing presentations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with agency experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience participating in client pitches and preparing marketing proposals/presentations.
  • Experience using tools such as: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, SEMrush / Ahrefs, HubSpot / Mailchimp
  • Excellent project management and client communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
