About Evox

  • Evox is a dynamic branding agency that partners with businesses to craft bold identities, impactful strategies, and powerful brand experiences.
  • We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and representing Evox through clear communication, storytelling, and persuasive presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain long term relationships with clients, supporting ongoing account growth.
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches and tailored proposals to present Evox’s capabilities and solutions.
  • Confidently present ideas, strategies, and creative solutions to clients and stakeholders in a structured and persuasive manner.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating deliverables and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and project teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
  • Actively follow up on leads, opportunities, and tenders to ensure continued engagement and progress.
  • Track and report on pipeline activity, client interactions, and market insights.
  • Support discussions on contracts and agreements with a focus on clarity and long term relationships.
  • Consistently contribute to achieving business growth objectives and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging branding opportunities.
  • Contribute to refining Evox’s service offerings based on client feedback, project outcomes, and market demand.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, client servicing, or account management within a branding, creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to confidently articulate ideas and influence decision makers through clarity and structure.
  • A proactive, consultative, and solution oriented mindset.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
