- Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with client and business objectives
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve marketing and business goals
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO & SEM, Email Marketing, Content Marketing
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data driven recommendations to optimize digital strategy and campaign effectiveness
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and lead generation
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and keyword research to support strategic planning
- Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to develop engaging marketing assets aligned with campaign objectives
- Prepare campaign performance reports and present insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience is an advantage
- Hands on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush or Ahrefs, HubSpot or Mailchimp
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing best practices
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and recommend strategic improvements

Requirements
