You will be responsible for building the "client-side" of our web applications.
Your primary goal is to translate user needs and design mockups into functional, high-performing digital products.
Core Responsibilities
- **Build Features:** Develop responsive, accessible, and interactive user interfaces using modern web technologies.
- **Collaborate:** Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to scope and implement new features.
- **Optimize Performance:** Ensure applications load quickly, scale efficiently, and run smoothly across various devices and browsers.
- **Maintain Code:** Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while fixing bugs and addressing technical debt.
- **Ensure Accessibility:** Implement WCAG guidelines to ensure the platform is usable for individuals with disabilities.
Technical Requirements
- **Core Tech:** Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- **Frameworks:** Hands-on experience with modern JS libraries/frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- **Styling Tools:** Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) or utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
- **Tools & Version Control:** Proficiency with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and build tools like Vite, Webpack, or npm.
- **APIs:** Experience fetching and handling data from RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
Soft Skills & Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing live web development projects
