SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER - TECHNICAL LEAD

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture, technology choices, technical direction, and the technical roadmap.
• Develop hands-on across backend, frontend, database, and infrastructure.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, code review practices, and development workflows.
• Own application, data, and infrastructure security.
• Plan for scalability, reliability, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Manage hosting, deployment pipelines, environments, monitoring, backups, and system performance.
• Maintain quality assurance, testing, and release processes.
• Prioritize technical debt, performance improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the development team and participate in technical hiring.
• Coordinate delivery across internal and external development resources.
• Translate business requirements into technical plans, timelines, and estimates.
• Maintain third-party integrations, technical documentation, and infrastructure cost controls.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Six or more years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Two or more years in a lead, senior, or technical ownership role.
• Strong hands-on backend experience with Laravel and PHP.
• Strong hands-on frontend experience with Next.js and React.
• Experience with cloud hosting, CI/CD, infrastructure management, application security, relational databases, API design, and performance optimization.
• Experience working on live, customer-facing products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Arabic language ability is preferred.
