Role Summary
The Full Stack Technical Lead owns the technical direction, quality, and delivery of the platform.
The role combines hands-on full-stack development with technical leadership and serves as the company's primary technical authority.
Technical Leadership
- Own platform architecture, technology choices, technical roadmap, engineering standards, code reviews, and development workflows.
- Act as the technical point of reference for management and other departments.
- Translate business requirements into technical plans, timelines, and estimates.
Engineering and Operations
- Develop across backend, frontend, databases, and infrastructure while managing hosting, deployments, environments, monitoring, backups, and performance.
- Own platform security, scalability, reliability, disaster recovery, and high availability.
- Establish testing, quality assurance, release, documentation, and continuous improvement processes.
Team and Delivery
- Lead, mentor, and support the development team and participate in technical hiring.
- Coordinate delivery across internal and external development resources.
- Integrate and maintain third-party services and APIs and control technical and infrastructure costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- 2+ years in a lead, senior, or technical ownership role.
- Strong Laravel/PHP, Next.js/React, cloud hosting, CI/CD, infrastructure, security, database, API, and performance experience.
- Experience working on live customer-facing products.
- Strong problem-solving, independent working, and English communication skills.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
