About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Deliver full stack solutions from concept through production and ongoing support.
• Develop responsive and accessible front-end applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build robust back-end services and RESTful APIs using C#/.NET.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries for performance, integrity, and security.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS using microservices, CI/CD, and containerization practices.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools across coding, testing, refactoring, and review with appropriate validation.
• Lead and participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and mitigate technical risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain work tracking using Jira.

Who You Are

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
• Advanced knowledge of C#/.NET, RESTful API design, and object-oriented programming.
• Solid PostgreSQL experience, including schema design and optimization.
• Practical experience with AWS and cloud-native application deployment.
• Experience designing microservices-based systems with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Proficiency in Git, automated testing, and secure coding practices.
• Experience applying AI tools within the software development lifecycle with sound judgment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, mentoring, analytical thinking, and ownership skills.
• Comfort working in agile or SAFe environments with tools such as Jira.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
