Senior Fp&A Analyst
to support business performance and strategic decision-making in KSA.
Reporting to: Finance Head KSA
We are looking for a
commercially minded and analytically strong Senior FP&A Analyst
to join our KSA team.
This role plays a critical part in
driving financial performance
, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring effective
planning, forecasting, and working capital management
.
You will work closely with commercial and leadership teams, providing insights that directly influence business strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze
- sales, pricing, and margin performance
- to support commercial strategy and profitability improvement
- Develop
- financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
- aligned with business plans
- Monitor and track
Kpis
- , providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Support
- budgeting and planning cycles
- with accurate and timely financial data
- Prepare
- financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
- for leadership and commercial teams
- Contribute to
- working capital optimization
- and performance improvement initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive
- data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- **5–7 years of experience**
- in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Controlling
- Experience in
FMCG, Consumer Health, or Pharmaceutical
- sectors is highly preferred
- Prior exposure to
- Accounting or Audit
- is considered a plus
- Strong proficiency in
- Excel and financial modelling
- Experience with
- ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- and
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
