Role overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Senior Executive, Retail Operations professional.
The role oversees day-to-day retail operations while driving operational efficiency, sales performance, team productivity, and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and drive sales, revenue, and operational KPIs.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate retail teams to achieve targets.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, replenishment, product availability, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain customer-service standards and handle escalated concerns.
- Review store performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments.
- Prepare reports for senior management and support promotional and operational projects.
- Identify improvements to productivity, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of proven retail operations experience, preferably in a senior management or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, people-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
