Qa And Qc Engineer

Villa And Residential Projects

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for villa construction works.
- Conduct inspections for
civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works
.
- Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
- Prepare and manage
Inspection Requests (IR/WIR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and quality records
.
- Identify non-conforming works and raise
Ncrs
, ensuring timely corrective actions and closure.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams regarding quality requirements.
- Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and site quality walks.
- Assist in preparing method statements, ITPs, checklists, and quality documentation.
- Maintain proper QA/QC records and support project handover and closeout activities.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
