- Oversee regulatory licensing, reporting, and supervisory requirements
- Monitor operational performance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management
- Work closely with the Board of Directors and shareholders to support strategic initiatives and business growth
- Lead senior management teams while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and operational excellence
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory, operational, and management reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support long term business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related discipline
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in investment management, banking, asset management, wealth management, private equity, fund management, or other regulated financial services
- Previous experience as a Senior Executive Officer (SEO), CEO, COO, Executive Director, Head of Compliance, or similar executive leadership position
- Strong understanding of DFSA regulations, DIFC regulatory framework, corporate governance, AML/CFT requirements, and enterprise risk management
- Proven experience working directly with financial regulators and managing regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic decision making skills
- Fluency in English is required

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Executive Officer (SEO) to lead the executive management, regulatory compliance, and strategic operations of a regulated financial services business based in DIFC.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with DFSA regulations, driving business growth, strengthening corporate governance, and maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree, MBA, CFA, CAIA, or another relevant professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in investment management, banking, asset management, wealth management, private equity, fund management, or other regulated financial services.
- Previous experience as a Senior Executive Officer (SEO), CEO, COO, Executive Director, Head of Compliance, or similar executive leadership position.
- Strong understanding of DFSA regulations, DIFC regulatory framework, corporate governance, AML/CFT requirements, and enterprise risk management.
- Proven experience working directly with financial regulators and managing regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic decision making skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
