- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long term customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in IT Sales, Technology Sales, or Business Development
- Strong knowledge of IT products, software solutions, cloud technologies, and infrastructure services
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, Website Development, Mobile Applications, VoIP, Cloud Services, or Surveillance Solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
