- Conduct voice, accent, and pronunciation training sessions for employees
- Assess communication skills and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver customized training programs focused on spoken English, fluency, and professional communication
- Coach employees on articulation, clarity, intonation, and speech delivery
- Provide one on one and group coaching sessions
- Support employees in improving presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills
- Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback and performance reports
- Create training materials, exercises, and communication development plans
- Assist management in identifying communication gaps and implementing improvement strategies
- Promote confidence and professionalism in verbal communication across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer, Communication Coach, English Language Trainer, or similar role
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong understanding of pronunciation, phonetics, speech patterns, and accent neutralization techniques
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational and reporting skills

Job Summary
- Merveille Investments LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication Coach (Voice & Accent Trainer) to support the professional development of employees through communication, speech, and accent enhancement programs.
- The ideal candidate will help individuals improve their spoken English, pronunciation, articulation, confidence, presentation skills, and overall workplace communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct voice, accent, and pronunciation training sessions for employees.
- Assess communication skills and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs focused on spoken English, fluency, and professional communication.
- Coach employees on articulation, clarity, intonation, and speech delivery.

- Knowledge of business communication and workplace etiquette.
