- The program follows a batch based learning and evaluation model, where interns receive formal training, practical exposure, and continuous performance assessments.
- Based on business requirements and individual performance, interns may be offered a full time employment opportunity upon successful completion of the program, or their internship may be extended.
Program Structure
- Day 1 corporate induction with the internship batch
- Voice, communication, and professional skills training

- Hands on tasks, live projects, and on the job training
- Continuous assessments and final performance review
