Role Overview
The Senior Executive, Health & Safety supports monitoring, recording, and reporting of HSE issues.
The role covers residential communities, project sites, offices, and other related assets.
Responsibilities
- Support compliance audits, inspections, and reviews, and improve stakeholder awareness of HSE risks and controls.
- Act as the HSE focal point for the allocated location and implement the Health and Safety Management System.
- Enforce health and safety policies and ensure facilities meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor legal compliance and report deviations to the relevant department and line manager.
- Attend and investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain HSE records and prepare trend analysis reports.
- Take immediate action for unsafe acts or conditions posing an imminent risk and communicate with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or an HSE-related field.
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor qualification.
- NEBOSH IGC Level 3 qualification in HSE.
- At least 5 years of facilities management or community HSE experience.
- Experience with similar or large projects, communities, or large malls in an HSE role.
- Knowledge and experience using automated HSE management applications.
