Outlet Manager Responsibilities
- Manage food and beverage standards and ensure corrective actions follow company policies.
- Monitor outlet profitability and recommend measures to improve financial performance.
- Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
- Improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.
- Monitor food, beverage, and service quality and escalate major complaints.
- Collect guest feedback and address dissatisfaction promptly.
- Supervise daily outlet operations and provide training and constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment procedures.
- Implement departmental policies and monitor adherence.
- Motivate subordinates and support change and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least one year of work experience.
- Assist with planning and managing food and beverage outlet processes.
- Organize outlet operations to provide quality food and beverage service.
- Achieve revenue and profit targets in line with budgets and forecasts.
