Role Overview
The Hostess creates a warm and personalized first impression for guests in a luxury hospitality environment.
The role supports restaurant flow, guest assistance, and coordination with food and beverage teams.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally greet guests.
- Manage guest seating, table allocation, and reservations.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, waiting times, and special requests with food and beverage teams.
- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant, menus, outlets, and services.
- Handle guest enquiries and requests and escalate concerns when required.
Requirements
- Previous luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality experience is preferred, especially in food and beverage, guest relations, hostessing, or similar guest-facing work.
- Excellent grooming, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- At least one additional language is mandatory, with several listed languages preferred.
- International or multicultural guest-profile experience in a luxury service environment is advantageous.
