The Business Development Manager will develop partner opportunities across Dubai Design District.
The role combines business development, customer service, sales strategy, relationship building, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and close new and current business partner opportunities.
- Provide a customer service experience that supports revenue and retention.
- Contribute to business development strategy, plans, and budgets.
- Pursue markets, segments, companies, and value-added opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Direct lead generation and develop pre- and post-sale opportunities.
- Negotiate major deals with key and anchor target clients.
- Build business relationships and partnerships for growth.
- Maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Six to eight years of Business Management experience involving business development and customer service.
- At least two years of experience in a managerial role.
- Competence in business development, negotiation and persuasion, customer relations, financial acumen, communication, and networking.
