About the Role
UCC Holding is looking for a Senior Estimator to lead pre-contract estimation and tendering for construction and fit-out projects in Doha. You will prepare cost estimates, manage bids, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Prepare accurate quantity take offs, cost estimates, budgets, and pricing proposals
- Obtain, analyze, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identify commercial, technical, and contractual risks during tendering
- Coordinate with design, procurement, planning, and project teams
- Finalize tender submissions and provide recommendations for bid approval
- Support project handover and provide cost related clarifications
- Maintain estimation databases and market pricing information
- Monitor tender performance and prepare management reports
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical support to the estimating team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction estimation and tendering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction and fit out projects
- GCC experience is preferred

Job Summary
- The Senior Estimator leads pre contract estimation and tendering for construction and fit out projects.
- Ensures accurate cost planning, risk assessment, and competitive bid preparation.
- Supports strategic bid decisions through coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction estimation and tendering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction and fit out projects.
- GCC experience is preferred.
