Penspen is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for an exciting oil and gas project.
The role requires HSE management, construction safety, regulatory compliance, Feed and design, offshore contractor oversight, and international safety standards experience.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates need 18 or more years of experience, including 10 years in construction safety for major oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration, business, or a closely related field is required.
- Membership in an appropriate professional organization for HSE is required.
- PMC experience is preferred.

- The job location is Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia.
