About the Role
Petrofac seeks a Senior Engineer - Construction (AWP) to lead Advance Work Packaging for oil & gas projects. The role involves developing work packages, coordinating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities
- Operate as part of a team of Advance Work Packaging professionals in preparation of Construction and/or Installation Work Packages
- Develop Work Packages with all details required for execution (engineering deliverables, materials, resources, constraints, safety, quality control)
- Ensure data required to build work packages is available and accurate, coordinating with Engineering and Supply Chain departments
- Ensure proper execution of AWP procedures and practices on the project
- Analyse project design documents to determine scope and requirements
- Prepare weekly reports monitoring packages drawings IFC dates and material delivery status
- Maintain sufficient backlog of approved CWPs and/or IWPs
- Work with Document Control to establish EWP / CWP / IWPs document ties
- Monitor and update life cycle of CWP and/or IWPs
- Maintain Change Management process in packaging program
- Review work packages (CWPs and/or IWPs) to release for construction
- Coordinate with project planner and Construction Engineer to ensure work packages alignment
Requirements
- Minimum years of experience in construction projects (resume with references)
- Familiar with AWP Software and Tools
- Full AWP / workface planning implementation or at least years of experience in oil & gas project

Essential Qualifications And Skills
