About the Role
Petrofac seeks a Senior Engineer - Construction (AWP) to lead Advanced Work Packaging, develop work packages, coordinate with construction teams, and mentor junior staff. Requires oil & gas project experience with full AWP implementation.

Responsibilities
- Operate as part of a team of AWP professionals in preparation of Construction and Installation Work Packages
- Develop Work Packages with all details required for execution (engineering deliverables, materials, resources, constraints, safety, quality control)
- Ensure data required to build work packages is available and accurate in coordination with Engineering and Supply Chain
- Analyze project design documents to determine scope and requirements
- Prepare weekly reports monitoring packages drawings IFC dates and material delivery status
- Maintain sufficient backlog of approved CWPs and/or IWPs
- Work with Document Control to establish EWP/CWP/IWPs document ties
- Monitor and update life cycle of CWPs and/or IWPs
- Maintain Change Management process in packaging program
- Review work packages (CWPs and/or IWPs) to release for construction
- Coordinate with project planner and Construction Engineer to ensure work packages alignment with path of construction
- Provide leadership and guidance to AWP team, including training and mentoring of junior team members
Requirements
- Minimum years of experience in construction projects (resume with references)
- Familiar with AWP Software and Tools
- Full AWP/workface planning implementation on at least one oil & gas project

Essential Qualifications and Skills
