Skills and Experience

• Strong experience supporting Oracle APEX applications through troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support is required.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database architecture, application development concepts, SQL, and PL/SQL is required.
• Experience with Oracle APEX pages, forms, reports, workflows, APIs, application enhancements, and configuration changes is required.
• Experience with data integration and reporting in Oracle-based environments is required.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, incident management, ITSM processes, and ServiceNow is listed.
• Understanding of security, access control, and user role management in enterprise applications is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and end-user communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle APEX applications and related database systems, including support, configuration, and access management.
• Perform health checks and monitor workflows and data processes for performance, availability, integrity, accuracy, and reliability.
• Resolve Oracle APEX incidents and problems within service-level agreements and provide end-user support.
• Implement application updates, performance tuning, and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with L3 and technical teams on complex troubleshooting and fixes.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Four to six or more years of experience in Oracle application support or Oracle APEX environments is required.
• Strong hands-on SQL and PL/SQL experience is required.
• Experience with Oracle-based applications and web-based systems is required.
• Familiarity with the Oracle APEX development and support lifecycle is a plus.
• Understanding of ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes is required.
• Strong communication skills and effective end-user support ability are required.
