Job Summary
Lead the design, engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV systems for building and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and MEP disciplines to meet project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ELV engineering and execution and review specifications, drawings, BOQs, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, schematics, layouts, cable schedules, equipment schedules, and material submittals.
- Coordinate ELV works with architectural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and structural teams.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, handover, site progress, workmanship, and quality.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Review submissions, method statements, inspection requests, material approvals, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and test reports.
- Conduct inspections, resolve technical conflicts, troubleshoot system failures, and provide technical solutions.
- Support planning, procurement, material selection, technical evaluations, and project closeout.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians and provide technical guidance.
