Experience and Skills
- 1 to 7 years of relevant experience in MEP projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC design and execution.
- Familiarity with chilled water, VRF, AHU, FCU, and ventilation systems.
- Strong understanding of duct sizing, piping, and airflow calculations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, or similar HVAC software.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and review HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, ventilation, and air-conditioning layouts.
- Perform heat load calculations and equipment selection.
- Prepare shop drawings, BOQ, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning activities at site.
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and civil teams.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality control during execution.
- Attend client and consultant meetings for technical discussions and project updates.
- Verify contractor bills and quantity measurements.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NBC, and other applicable standards.
Languages
- The source lists English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu as languages.
- Hindi language ability is preferred.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
- Health insurance is provided.
- Provident Fund is provided.
Workplace and Travel
- Work location is in person.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% is preferred.
