Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor safety procedures across MEP project sites.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits for statutory and company compliance.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective measures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and worker induction programs.
- Ensure proper PPE use and safe work practices.
- Maintain incident reports, risk assessments, and permits to work.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients on safety compliance.
- Investigate and report near-misses, accidents, and unsafe practices.
- Support HSE policy implementation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction, electrical, and MEP safety standards.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to identify hazards and take proactive action.
- Familiarity with safety audit tools and statutory regulations.
- At least 1 year of experience is required.
- Hindi language proficiency is required.
- Willingness to travel 50% is required.
- Bangalore, Karnataka, location or relocation is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time permanent employment is stated.
- Pay is ₹17,000-₹25,000 per month.
- Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.

- Work is performed in person.
- The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, and requires 50% travel.
