Position Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior E Commerce Specialist who will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing our digital sales channels.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in e commerce operations, conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital marketing, customer journey mapping, analytics, and online revenue generation within fintech, forex, brokerage, prop trading, or related industries.
  • This role requires a data driven professional who can identify growth opportunities, improve customer acquisition funnels, and enhance the overall user experience to maximize conversions and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e commerce strategies to increase customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Monitor and optimize the entire customer journey from first touchpoint to conversion.
  • Manage and continuously improve website performance, usability, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement CRO initiatives.
  • Optimize landing pages, checkout flows, registration processes, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement enhancements.
  • Work closely with paid media teams to improve campaign performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate channels.
  • Develop promotional strategies to increase customer engagement and lifetime value.
  • Support SEO initiatives and organic traffic growth strategies.
  • Coordinate email marketing, automation, and retention campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, customer lifetime value, and retention metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e commerce, digital growth, or online sales management.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience managing websites and landing page optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience within forex brokerage, proprietary trading firms, fintech, financial services, or online trading industries.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and partnership programs.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and performance marketing.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
