- Manage multi rig drilling operations and ensure delivery against approved plans
- Oversee drilling programme execution in line with technical standards and well designs
- Monitor rig performance, well progress, and operational efficiency
- Ensure strict HSE compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead drilling planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Control drilling budgets and optimise costs
- Track KPIs, drilling metrics, and performance reporting
- Manage contractors and service companies
- Lead and develop drilling teams and engineers
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in drilling operations (onshore/offshore)
- 7+ years in senior drilling leadership roles
- Experience managing large scale drilling campaigns
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong drilling operations and engineering expertise (well design, rig operations)
- Solid knowledge of well control and risk management
- Proven ability in operational performance improvement
- Experience in contractor and stakeholder management
- Strong focus on HSE and regulatory compliance

Role Summary
- Lead and manage drilling operations across multiple rigs to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective well delivery in line with operational and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities (Mandatory)
- Manage multi‑rig drilling operations and ensure delivery against approved plans
