About the Role

- Serve as a people leader and role model
Requirements
- 10+ years of Payments related and leadership experience
- At least 5 years of experience leading commercialization teams, product management, strategy development and/or management consulting
- Visa and/or payment industry knowledge required
- Direct exposure to digital payment solutions, emerging payments domain and ideation/go to market approach
- Excellent problem solving skills with a strong focus on delivering for clients
- Excellent listening and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Executive presence – must be able to interface with senior client executives
- Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences
- Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to innovate
- Ability to inspire direct reports and influence without direct supervisory responsibility
- Strong collaborator, self motivated and ability to work independently
- An advanced degree from a top school strongly preferred

Responsibilities Include
- Achieve or exceed aggressive sales and revenue targets for the region
- Develop and execute the strategy including determining high potential markets, use cases, and verticals
- Solution Deployment: manage full cycle of Money Movement deployment
- Go to market plans: define market plans for Money Movement
- Drive three key workstreams: cross sell, prospect non Visa clients, sell to acquirers/processors/gateways/Fintechs
- Drive pipeline development and review processes in the region
- Build the Money Movement team and lead them through transformational change
- Work with cross functional partners across the region
- Create and implement a procedure to gather client feedback
- People leader: serve as a role model, be accountable, promote transparency
Qualifications
- Creative Self starter with bias toward action and proven track record commercialising payments technology
- 10+ years of Payments related and leadership experience, including 5+ years leading commercialisation teams
- Visa and/or payment industry knowledge required; push payments, real time payments, FI solutions strongly preferred
- Direct exposure to digital payment solutions, emerging payments domain
- Excellent problem solving skills with strong focus on delivering for clients
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Executive presence – must be able to interface with senior client executives
- Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences
