Responsibilities
- Own and drive the International AI enabled Digital Precision Healthcare strategy across therapy areas
- Translate unmet needs into actionable AI roadmaps and prioritized use cases
- Ensure alignment with Commercial, Medical, R&D and Market Access priorities
- Coordinate cross functional alignment to select priority pathways where digital and AI can improve patient identification, guideline adherent care, and outcomes at scale
- Collaborate closely with both external partners and internal teams to optimize data strategies
- Generate RWE through Transform Care programs to support payer ready RWE packages
- Establish and maintain a robust partnership framework with digital health partners
- Establish operating models with Global and Enterprise AI to pilot and scale pathway solutions efficiently
Requirements
- Subject matter expertise in Sales and Marketing, AI, Digital, and Innovation
- Experience in ecosystem building, digital health, and healthcare system partnerships
- Understanding of the dynamic external environment including new innovative digital technology
- Highly developed communication and influencing abilities across organizational teams and levels in a large and matrixed operating environment
- Ability to express sophisticated ideas in a clear and compelling way to multiple external and internal partner groups
- Proven business partnering skills across multiple stakeholder groups
- Proven project management skills in matrix organizations
- Experience of working with Senior Management Teams with good understanding of decision making dynamics
- Evidence of the ability to pull together diverse teams over whom they have no line management responsibility
- Experience of successful influencing cross functionally, cross culturally and cross TA
- Evidence of strong independence and innovative seeker of strategic solutions; a strongly conceptual thinker
- Curiosity and capability to understand and support business need from different business areas

Introduction to role
- The International region is AstraZeneca's largest, most diverse, and fastest growing region, representing around one third of total company revenue.
- We are looking for a senior leader to own and scale AI driven Digital Precision Healthcare across International markets, expanding beyond oncology into a multi therapy area impact.
- This role will translate business, medical, and market access priorities into AI powered care pathway transformation programs.
