Role Overview
Capgemini is seeking an experienced MES Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale Manufacturing Execution System solutions.
The role covers the design, development, integration, and deployment of MES solutions for manufacturing organizations.
The position requires 10–12 years of experience and is described as based in Gurgaon, while the stored location is HR, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end MES application architecture, technical standards, and development guidelines.
- Design scalable and secure solutions using .NET, Oracle, REST APIs, GraphQL, Entity Framework, and IBM MQ.
- Lead MES capabilities covering production execution, quality management, traceability, genealogy, order management, and shopfloor integration.
- Architect integrations with MES, SAP or ERP, WMS, QMS, PLCs, SCADA, historians, and third-party applications.
- Establish database standards, performance tuning practices, data integrity controls, and deployment frameworks.
- Translate manufacturing requirements into technical solutions with consultants, architects, and stakeholders.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- C# .NET or .NET Core.
