Job Description
Senior Cost Control Engineer role based on a major project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role oversees cost control, resource allocation, financial performance, design review, and budget control for large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets aligned with project goals.
- Conduct cost analyses and provide regular cost performance reports.
- Analyze, interpret, and forecast cost performance against budgets.
- Maintain the program and project Cost Breakdown Structure with version control for changes.
- Support risk assessments and mitigation strategies to minimize financial impacts.
- Create and update financial models for project costs and cash flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet budget constraints.
- Maintain cost control systems for expenses and variances.
- Advise project managers and senior leadership on cost-related matters.
