Responsibilities
- Lead work streams and projects across various strategy projects, conducting detailed analyses and presenting insights to senior management
- Lead ad hoc research requests, analyzing industry, market, and competitors
- Develop innovative concepts to support future strategic options
- Support preparation of long term planning and evaluation of key strategic decisions
- Analyze investment proposals including new products and services
- Assess initiatives to improve demand and market positioning
- Evaluate measures to enhance profitability
- Evaluate aircraft and cabin options in support of fleet planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, in house corporate strategy, or related field at a leading organization
- Experience in conducting detailed analyses and preparing high quality presentations
- Demonstrated understanding of commercial aviation economics and interest in the industry
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with ability to manipulate large data volumes
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Ability to work in a multi cultural team and under pressure
- Excellent command of spoken and written English

About the Role
- Qatar Airways is seeking a Senior Corporate Planning Analyst to join the Corporate Strategy team in Doha, Qatar.
- You will develop medium and long term strategic initiatives, work on critical projects, conduct industry analyses, and support ad hoc tasks for management.
Specific Responsibilities
- Lead work streams and projects across various strategy projects, conducting detailed analyses and presenting insights to senior management.
- Lead ad hoc research requests within Corporate Planning, analyzing industry, market, and competitors.
- Develop innovative concepts to support future strategic options.
- Support preparation of long term planning and evaluation of key strategic decisions, including analyzing investment proposals, assessing initiatives to improve demand and market positioning, evaluating measures to enhance profitability, and evaluating aircraft and cabin options.
About You
