JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join its team.
The role oversees contract management throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.
The position involves drafting, negotiation, compliance, risk management, stakeholder relationships, amendments, and dispute resolution.
The role supports projects contributing to social infrastructure development in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Manage all contractual matters for assigned projects from drafting through final execution.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and monitor contract performance.
- Lead negotiations with clients and subcontractors regarding amendments and variances.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare progress reports on contractual matters and claims management.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Document and close contracts after project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of contracts management experience in construction.
- Thorough understanding of contract law and construction agreements.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- CCM or CPCM certification is preferred.
- Middle East construction experience is highly desirable.
- English and Arabic fluency is advantageous.
- Awareness of Vision 2030 infrastructure initiatives is a plus.
