Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage all contractual matters for assigned projects from drafting through final execution.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and monitor contract performance.
• Lead discussions and negotiations with clients and subcontractors regarding contract amendments and variances.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to support effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare progress reports on contractual matters and claims management.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect company interests.
• Document and close contracts upon project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of contracts management experience within the construction industry.
• Thorough understanding of contract law and construction agreements.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional contract management certification such as CCM or CPCM is preferred.
• Middle East construction experience is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous.
• Awareness of Vision 2030 initiatives and their infrastructure relevance is a plus.
