CSCEC Middle East is recruiting Senior Contracts Managers for newly awarded large-scale projects in Dubai.
The role leads the Contracts and Commercial team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor contracts and resolve contract-related problems with external parties and internal departments.
- Communicate contract-related matters to stakeholders and work closely with project leaders.
- Maintain correspondence and contract documentation records.
- Manage relationships with clients, PMC representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate commercial matters and resolve variation works.
- Evaluate and execute a wide variety of contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- More than 15 years of relevant work experience.
