- Lead all project contracting activities, including tendering, EPC contracts, and service agreements
- Develop and implement contract strategies that support project objectives and business priorities
- Oversee preparation, evaluation, negotiation, award, and administration of contracts
- Ensure contract terms appropriately allocate risk and protect company interests
- Manage contractor performance, variations, claims, disputes, and commercial negotiations
- Provide commercial and contractual guidance to project leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor contractual compliance, payment certifications, securities, and contract close out activities
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks to safeguard project cost and schedule
- Build and lead a high performing contracts team, driving continuous improvement and best practices
- Maintain strong collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Project Controls, and external contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience within Oil & Gas industry across project management, engineering, construction, procurement, or contract management
- Proven experience managing contracts on large scale EPC or major capital projects
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within a major project environment
- Strong background in tendering, commercial management, risk management, and contract administration

Role Overview
