- Certifications: Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe), Product Management certifications (advantage)

Job Purpose
- Responsible for defining, developing, and managing the Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC) product portfolio, ensuring solutions deliver operational value for city operations, public safety, and smart city services.
- The role bridges business stakeholders, operators, and technical teams to ensure ICCC capabilities evolve in line with operational needs, technology advancements, and strategic priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA or Product Management certification is a plus.
- 8 12+ years in product management or digital solution roles
- Experience in smart city, public safety, security, or operations platforms
- Certifications: Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe), Product Management certifications (advantage)
