Hiring: Senior Commercial Engineer And Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Engineer / QS to join our site team for ongoing construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site-based commercial and quantity surveying activities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, progress valuations, and cost reports
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial performance on-site
- Manage subcontractor payments, variations, and contractual claims
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams
- Ensure accurate measurement, billing, and compliance with contract requirements
- Support project delivery through effective commercial management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
- Proven experience in site-based QS/commercial roles within construction projects
- Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management, and site operations
- Experience with progress billing, variation orders, and claims management
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
Preferred
- UAE/GCC construction project experience
- Experience in high-rise, villa, or large-scale building projects
- Immediate joiners preferred
