A reputable healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Social Worker.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ social circumstances and document relevant information in medical records.
- Provide guidance and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient cases.
- Support patients with special needs in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in programs related to chronic and infectious diseases.
- Assist in reporting patient safety incidents and other relevant concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Behavioral Medicine.
- Experience in a clinical, healthcare, hospital, mental health, or related environment is highly relevant.
- Strong patient assessment, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
